Introduce "Tentative" Shift Status

Ability to "tentatively" assign a caregiver to a shift.

Caregivers that are tentatively assigned to a shift, cannot see the shift in their mobile app until office staff marks the shift as scheduled.

This is correct. Caregivers should not be able to view tentative shifts on the app.

The shift should remain tentative until a Staffer changes it.

Serina Smith I have started to detail out how this might work, based on your initial post. Can you share some more details on how you think this should work?

What would you like to happen If a tentative shift is not converted to scheduled by the start of the shift? In other words, lets say the office forgets to make the shift "scheduled", does it remain as tentative status until the shift is over (past scheduled end time), then converts to "incomplete"?
