As care managers, we need the ability to highlight/communicate important information to our caregivers especially if it's their first time going to a client.

These could include:

-Instructions as soon as they arrive to their shift

-Parking instructions

-Gate codes

-Suite/room numbers

-Facility check-in instructions

We understand that these could be a part of the care plan but it would be helpful to have a place right in the shift page to include important crucial information for the caregiver to see right away.
