Add ability to configure clock-in time window

Caregivers being able to clock-in prematurely is becoming a disservice to the client`s. I request having a feature where the caregiver can clock-in 15 minutes only and not an hour or 3 hours early. This feature was enable when we had Rapport app and now the feature is gone.

I suggest further refining this to having a setup option where each agency can set their own clock-in & clock-out windows. This option is pretty common in the home care software industry and allows you to easily meet the needs of many agenceis.
