This week’s updates make it easier to review shifts, record expenses, and manage billing. Timeline gains zoom controls, invoices show more rate details, and canceled shifts offer more billing flexibility. We’ve also improved everyday reliability.
What’s New
Get a closer look at your shift Timeline
You can now switch between Calendar and Timeline without reloading the page. Loading indicators appear while shifts are being retrieved, and a new zoom slider lets you adjust how much detail you see. You can also zoom using Ctrl/Cmd + scroll. The grid follows your setting for shifts that cross midnight, and time labels now use am/pm.

See more detail on invoices and bill rates
  • Rate modifiers, such as a holiday rate of 1.5×, are now labeled on invoice line items. Reimbursement invoices also show modifier labels, the adjusted rate, and the mileage rate per mile.
  • Private Pay Rates is now labeled Bill Rates, with a Private pay only badge where applicable.
  • Bill rates now support three decimal places, while each line total rounds to the nearest cent.
  • Billing → Items can now be sorted by client. Names appear as Last, First, and names with accented characters sort correctly.
Choose a different payer for late-cancellation charges
You can now use Change Policy on canceled shifts that have billable hours. This lets you bill a late-cancellation charge to a different payer—for example, moving the charge from a VA policy to private pay.
Fixes & Reliability
  • Claim invoices: Using Add all no longer creates a separate invoice for every shift.
  • Caregiver deactivation: Deactivating a caregiver now completes reliably and recalculates payroll only once.
  • Policy updates: Activating, deactivating, archiving, and unarchiving policies now complete reliably, including when an action is double-clicked.
  • Claim status: When a payer reverses payment on a paid claim and processes it again as denied, the claim now correctly updates to Denied.
  • NetSuite: A clearer message appears when a customer record already exists under a client’s name.
  • ACH payments: A clearer message explains when ACH payments are not enabled on the connected payment account.
  • Open shifts: Payroll rejection messages now appear when an open shift is assigned or claimed.
  • Daily deductibles: Labels now show the day’s running deductible total.
  • Collection lists: Lists now load all rows instead of stopping before every row has loaded.
  • Service forms: A clearer message appears when a form on a service page cannot connect to the server.
  • Call Looper: Each agency now appears only once on a caregiver’s Call Looper page.
  • Qualification dates: Corrected imported qualification dates where the day and month had been reversed.
